Cedric Theel Inc.

Cedric Theel Inc. is owned by Cedric, Mary, and Justin Theel. Cedric and Mary are originally from Rolla and Drayton, North Dakota respectively. Cedric received a Mechanical Engineering degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan while working at the GM Assembly plant in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Cedric and Mary owned a General Motors dealership in Bottineau, North Dakota from 1968 until 1985. They purchased the Bismarck Dodge dealership in 1985 and seven years later purchased the local Toyota franchise. They merged it with Dodge in 1995. In 2009 the dealership became a stand-alone Toyota dealer.

Cedric Theel has served as President of the North Dakota Automobile Dealers Association (NDADA) and was the North Dakota Time Quality Award winner in 1993. 

Cedric Theel Toyota has received numerous Toyota Presidents Awards for excellence in customer service, most recently in 2009. 

Justin Theel, General Manager and part owner, attended the University of Notre Dame and earned his degree in Business Management. He and his wife Missy have been in Bismarck since joining Cedric Theel Inc. in 1998. Justin is currently on the NDADA Board of Directors.

I give credit for our success to all of our employees. Everyone in sales, service, body shop, parts, office, and reconditioning take a lot of pride in their workmanship. They make the time to be sure the customer is taken care of.

I stress that each of our employees be honest and sincere with our customers and give them peace of mind when they are dealing with us. We are not here just to sell and fix cars, we need to make friends and build relationships in order to gain respect and trust. Repeat customers are a must for our business, if we don't have them we don't survive.
