Cedric Theel Toyota Welcomes Service Coordinator
Cedric Theel Toyota recently welcomed Lori Taix to the team as a Service Coordinator. Lori is
tasked with building and maintaining customer relationships and working to continuously
improve the level of service by ensuring that customer satisfaction is met. She also works
closely with the Service Advisors to confirm scheduling for customers.
Lori was born and raised in Bismarck. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School and has been
in Bismarck ever since. Lori has two sons, 19 and 20, and loves spending time with her family.
She enjoys watching her older brother perform in his band as well.
For more than 20 years, Lori has held a variety of service jobs. When this position came
available, she was excited to apply and join her brother, Brian Taix, Customer Relations
Manager at Cedric Theel Toyota of over 30 years. Cedric Theel Toyota is excited to have Lori on
the Service team!
