I didn't realize that I had called the wrong dealership (don't ask), and I told them my windshield wiper quit working. The man said it might be a quick fix, and I should run it up there. I realized on the way up that it was the wrong dealership, but I sheepishly went inside anyway and identified myself. Not only did they fix my car, they fixed it for free and politely didn't mention that I didn't buy it there! Wow. If they treat strangers like that, their customers must be very happy indeed.
